The metalbone is such a unique racket and I am pretty divided about it. The foam is really reactive and it gives me a lot of "free power" so when you hit the ball will come out a lot even you don't complete the swinging motion, so it really helps when attacking, the problem is that it can also easily get out of control and lead to more errors.
