Bought the Cross It CTRL 3.4 cheaply due to shoulder issues and liked it immediately: really dry and fairly hard compared to a Speed Pro, but very controllable.
“Compared to the speed the adidas is really dry and pretty hard, but a very controlable racket.”
Good in defence but easy to lose control of; high balance, so they removed the weights.
“It's good on defence. But you need the make sure the ball does not escape from you. You can loose the control pretty easy with this.”
Seven months in: great in defence, easy to manoeuvre and precise, though it feels hard.
“they are quite the defence tool- very easy to manoeuvre but it does feel pretty hard. With that being said I really like it, ball literally goes where I want it to go”
After two matches, the 2025 version feels softer and less responsive than the 2024 one they love.
“The 2025 version just feels softer and less responsive. More trampoline effect to be honest.”
