I am quite a beginner myself who happened to receive an AT10 18K. Before I had a ML10 Pro Cup. I must say I love the AT10 much more! It's not that hard to handle and feels quite controlling in my opinion. The one thing I need to do more compared to the ML10 is to actually hit the ball with a bit of force. The ML10 had more a trampoline effect which the AT10 has less imo.

In shortPlayers find it manoeuvrable, forgiving and easy on the arm, with good control and a big sweet spot. The main complaint is a soft, trampoline-like feel, worse in warm weather and on blocks, and many want more power on smashes. Several report cracking.

Left their Nox AT10 2025 for the Bullpadel Vertex Hybrid 2026 for the same reason as the thread starter, a soft feel with the ball flying off the face. They couldn't be happier with the drier touch and better placement.

“I made the same switch from a Nox at10 2025 to the BP Vertex Hybrid 2026 for the exact same reason. I couldn’t be happier.”
Love this racket, super easy to move around, comfortable, can get you out of tough situations. It's not super power racket but the 18k is mainly a control racket with good enough power, I can easily do 3x smash with it using spin, flat smash is not this racket main thing but also possible. I am hitting the best deep lobs with it as well. Highly recommend for beginners plus up to advanced players.
Italian player who has owned five AT10s since 2022 calls the 18K 2025 the most complete: softer than the 12K 2025 yet more forgiving, with a more even face, more control and easy ball exit. All recent AT10s are very manoeuvrable, good in defence and easy on the arm, but not power rackets and a bit short on flat smashes.
Show quote
“la 18k 2025 la più completa di quelle con cui ho giocato, più morbida della 12k 2025 ma più permissiva secondo me da maggior sensazione di omogeneità del piatto e maggior controllo ha uscita di palla più facile”
Has played the AT10 18K 2025 for about a year (around 369 g without overgrip) and loves its control and feel, but it has started to feel a bit dead. Physically strong with no arm issues, they want more power on smashes, viboras and from the back, and are moving to the AT10 12K.

“I’ve been playing the NOX AT10 Genius 18K 2025 for about a year. I love the control and feel, but it’s starting to feel a bit dead and I’d like a bit more power”
Finds the Nox AT10 18K 2025 firmer than the 2024 with less ball exit, demanding better technique in defence, but more precise and controllable on volleys, especially in summer.
Show quote
“La nox at 18K 2025 comparada con la de 2024, en mi opinión, tiene un punto más de dureza que te obliga un poco más en defensa, la bola no “sale” tanto y debes estar técnicamente mejor atrás.”
Came from a 353 g Vertex 04 and is still adapting to the different balance; their unit feels a little softer than usual. It helps at slow pace but feels stiffer at high pace, gives depth on viboras and bandejas and lots of spin on volleys, and is excellent on topspin smashes; very happy overall.
Show quote
“En el remate liftado y rulo es una delicia, acelera muchisimo y engancha una barbaridad la bola y en bloqueos no se descontrola. En fin, me ha sorprendido para bien.”
Plays the AT10 18K 2025 and finds it excellent overall: a big sweet spot, very manoeuvrable, comfortable in defence and great on spin shots. It feels a bit flat on flat smashes and flat hits, though kick smashes work well (post in Italian).
Really enjoys the AT10 18K: forgiving, with a large sweet spot, though it doesn't fully make up for power. Their only hesitation about buying another is a worry that Nox rackets crack within a year, a general concern rather than a breakage of their own.
Show quote
“However as a racket I really enjoy at10 18k it is forgiving large sweet spot but still not totally compensated for power.”
Moved on from the AT10 18K 2025 because of its trampoline effect, which they say is smaller but still present on the AT10 12K. They now play the Nox EA10 12K Ventus Hybrid, with the same frame and sweet spot but a drier touch.
Show quote
“The 12k has less, but I still think it has a bit of trampoline effect. I’ve moved from the AT10 18k 2025 to the EA10 12k Ventus Hybrid.”
Left-side player who plays six days a week calls it an almost perfect racket: easy to manoeuvre with a large sweet spot, great with slow and medium balls thanks to its medium feel, good in defence, and precise on volleys with lots of spin. The downsides are a flat smash that lacks finishing power from deep and a slightly slow feel in very fast games.
Show quote
“it's a fantastic training racket, rewards clean technique, but doesn't punish you too harshly.”
Their AT10 18K 2025, bought in mid-2025, cracked in the sweet spot within a year, possibly after a teammate's racket hit it during a warm-up. They like it enough to consider buying the same model again; a few sets with a partner's 12K Alum Xtrem 2026 didn't win them over.
Show quote
“tried using my racket felt the shot wasnt giving power, and immediately realised it was cracked in the sweet spot, I was very sad I didnt even have the racket for a year”
Owned the AT10 18k 2025 after the 2018 12K; found it manageable with good control but much softer, with far less power on smashes.
Show quote
“tenía la at10 18k 2025 y venía de la 12k de 2018 (aquella genius negra con la X dorada) y siempre me ha dado la sensación de que la 18k era muuucho más blanda y al rematar salía mucho menos.”
Owns the AT10 18K 2025 but isn't a fan of its trampoline effect. Wants something stiffer with more power in a teardrop or diamond shape, and would accept a slightly smaller sweet spot than the 18K's generous one to get it.
Show quote
“I'm looking for something stiffer than my at10 18k as I'm not a fan of the trampoline affect.”
Finds the AT10 18K 2025 a big step up from the 2024: more power, control and spin, a bit stiffer, but still an easy racket.
Show quote
“I would go for the 18k 2025, it is way better than the one that you have now, it got improved a lot under every aspect, more power, more control, more spin”
Has tried both the Nox and the Siux Electra ST4. Finds the Nox the easier racket: more manoeuvrable, forgiving, comfortable and versatile. Earlier in the thread they also call it too soft for their taste, with a trampoline effect that hurts control, and advise trying both.
Show quote
“Personally and more detail, the Nox is an easier racket for sure. More manuevarable, more forgiving, more comfortable, more versatile. The St4 has better design, better power, better control, but definitely for more aggresive player.”
Has owned the AT10 18K (year not stated), tested the Siux ST4 Pro and now plays the Head Coello Motion. For an experienced player coming from tennis, they think the AT10 18K is too soft and gets boring quickly, and prefer the Coello Motion's stiffness on overheads.
Show quote
“Since you're on 150 matches already and an ex tennis player, i would say that the AT10 18k would be to soft for you. You will get bored quick with the at10.”
Tested four rackets while dealing with tennis elbow and chose the 2025 AT10 18K to keep. Says it isn't that soft and needs more effort on shots than their Metalbone HRD+, but it lets them attack and defend without any elbow pain.
Show quote
“It's actually not that soft, you do need to add more power to the shot coming from HRD+ 2025, but it does not hurt my elbow at all”
Great racket but sometime I feel it lack power for attacking shots, also can feel a bit bouncy at times. It is great for right side defensive player as it offer a lot of control.
Owns both the 2024 and 2025 AT10 Genius 18K and finds the 2025 noticeably softer, with a trampoline effect, while the 2024 feels much firmer. They're now weighing another 2024, the 2026 18K or the 2026 12K.
Show quote
“I own both the 2024 and 2025 AT10 Genius 18K, and to me, the 2024 feels much firmer. The 2025 has that 'trampoline effect'.”
A left-handed beginner, four months into padel, who was mostly happy with the AT10 Genius 18K 2025 but sometimes found it too soft and not direct enough. It broke after a hard hit against the glass.
Show quote
“Overall, I was pretty happy with the NOX, but sometimes it feels a bit too soft and not quite direct enough for me.”
A left-handed intermediate player with fast volleys who finds their 2025 AT10 18K too forgiving and short on power, and wants something more aggressive.
Show quote
“My problem with my current racket is that its too forgiving and i can't feel too much power out of it”
Six months in, finds the ball flies off the face too easily, even on soft shots, which makes control hard and puts them off attacking. A set with their partner's Oxdog didn't have the same problem. Plays on the right with a slow, controlled game and is looking for a replacement.
Show quote
“I’ve noticed that the ball seems to fly off the racket too easily. Even on softer shots, it feels like the ball just bounces off the face, making it difficult to maintain control”
Has the same issue as the thread starter: in summer heat the AT10 18K gets far too soft and they lose control. Wary of arm strain with Babolat and not keen on Adidas, they're weighing Nox, Oxdog, Bullpadel and Siux.
Show quote
“I have the same problem but the 18k gets way too soft during the summer and I have no control at all”
Loves how the 2025 AT10 18K feels: light and quick at the net. In some situations its trampoline effect bothers them and they want more control, but the 12K 2025, which they also tried, felt too dry and dead. Plays on the right and doesn't smash.
Show quote
“I love how the 18k feels. It‘s light and easy to move at the net but in some situations I hate the trampoline effect! I also tried the 12k 2025 but didn’t like the dry output.”
After 1.5 years with the AT10 18K 2025 as their first racket, it feels good in defence but holds back their volleys and overheads, so they want something harder.
Show quote
“while the 18k feels good on defense, i’ve been working a lot on my volleys and overhead shots and that’s where i feel like the racket is kinda holding me back”
Coming from a Siux Trilogy 3 Attack, the AT10 18K 2025 felt too soft, with no control and no hard hitting.
Show quote
“Now i bought nox at10 18k 2025 and it feels just soft .. the ball flies everywhere, i feel like i have no control and i can t hit hard at all.”
Switched from Metalbones and won't go back: good power that still keeps the ball in, and insane control.
Show quote
“lastly, i switch to at10 18k 2025, and i never go back to metalbone anymore. the power is good, i have a good power forhand and the ball still in. the control is insane.”
Played the 2025 AT10 18K for a full year and still likes it a lot, especially its manoeuvrability and big sweet spot, but moved on because of its bounciness.
Show quote
“I played with Nox at10 18k 2025 for a whole year. Liked and still like it alot, especially the maneuverability and big sweet spot. The reason i changed from it is the bounciness.”
Bought it six weeks ago and calls it the best racket they've had, but after a month it felt much softer than at first and even sounds different; next to another 18K the difference in firmness is clear.
Show quote
“me compré esta pala hace mes y medio!! la mejor pala que tuve .. pero al mes de uso , noto que esta mucho más blanda que al principio... puede pasar ?”
Likes how manoeuvrable and versatile their AT10 18K 2025 is at the net, but it's too soft and trampoline-y on aggressive shots and cracked after 4–5 months.
Show quote
“Unfortunately, mine also cracked after \~4–5 months, so durability is on my mind too.”
Plays the 2025 AT10 18K and really likes its consistency and defence, but as a left-side player feels their smashes come off too soft and lack power.
Show quote
“I do really like the racket, although I’m a left sided player and feel like my spikes are too soft / lack power.”
The 2025 AT10 18K is a bit stiffer than the 2024 with a slightly smaller but still generous sweet spot, more control and less trampoline.
Show quote
“Yes, the sweetspot felt smaller on the 25 version. It is still generous, so you are fine there. It is a bit stiffer so you get a bit more control, less trampoline effect.”
Has used the 2025 AT10 18K and finds it medium rather than soft: responsive without feeling spongy on volleys and smashes, balancing control with a touch of flex for most players.
Show quote
“it definitely feels more on the medium side rather than soft. It’s responsive without feeling spongy especially on volleys and smashes.”
Moved from a Nox Equation to the AT10 18K 2025 and found it medium-hard with inconsistent control for them; control was always on point after moving to the ML10 Pro Cup Luxury, so they think the AT10 suits intermediate players and above.
Owns the 2025 AT10 18K Alum and, though a lower-level player, finds a nice mix of control and power, saying it is not a shotgun; says it appears to have addressed the lack of punch reported on the 2024 version.
Show quote
“despite being lower level than you, i found a nice mix between control and power”
Absolutely loved their AT10 18K 2025 until it cracked, though they sometimes felt it lacked a little power.
Show quote
“My NOX AT10 18k 2025 just cracked so it’s time for me to get a new racket. I absolutely loved the AT10 but I felt like it sometimes lacked a bit of power.”
Really enjoyed the AT10 18K 2025 as a lower intermediate, but as they improved it felt too bouncy when blocking and volleying, with the ball flying off the face.
Show quote
“as I progressed and got better I found it too bouncy/reactive when blocking and hitting volleys the ball flew off the racket which annoyed me.”
Dutch owner who removed the Nox custom grip on the 2025 version, to switch grips more freely, finds the handle very narrow without it. Even with two overgrips their thumb still slips, so they're adding a third.
Show quote
“Met de 2025 versie heb ik ze eraf gehaald zodat ik meer vrijheid heb qua switchen grip tijdens het spelen. Nu merk ik alleen dat het handvat erg smal is zonder de grip.”
A right-side player likes the AT10 18K 2025's manoeuvrability and how it blocks and volleys, but feels it lacks power.
Show quote
“I use nox at10 18k 25, i really like its manuverability, it feels nice to block and volley, however i feel it lacks power.”
A professional player who tested many rackets found the 2025 AT10 one of the worst for them, punishing shots off the sweet spot, while the 2026 models are super nice.
Show quote
“A10 in 2025 was one of the worst rackets for me. 2026 models are super nice.”
After a first game with the 2025 AT10 18K, a feel player found it numb and unpredictable: trampoline-like in the middle but a rock off centre. They preferred a friend's much cheaper Head Vibe.
Show quote
“The nox just felt so numb and really unpredictable? I felt the performance was so inconsistent off the face the middle was like a trampoline but anywhere off Center was a rock.”
An intermediate-to-advanced right-side player found the AT10 18K 2025 brilliant over a year but short on power.
Show quote
“I used the At10 18k 2025 for the last year and it was brilliant but found it didn't have enough power.”
Coming from an ML10 Pro Cup Coorp 2025, a friend's AT10 18K 2025 felt a lot better in weight and feel.

Currently plays the AT10 18K 2025 and values its manoeuvrability, but misses the touch, feel and power of Bullpadel rackets.
Uses the AT10 18K 2025 daily and has also tried the newer 18K and 12K. Ranks the 2025 18K as the softest and bounciest, followed by the 2026 18K, the 2025 12K and the 2026 12K, while stressing the differences are small.
Show quote
“I’m a 18k 2025 user daily, but i’ve tried the newer 18k and 12k. If i may rank the softness it will be 18k 2025 < 18k 2026 < 12k 2025 < 12k 2026”
Demoed the AT10 18k 2025 hoping for a softer feel with more ball exit than their AT10 12k 2024, but found the two almost indistinguishable.
