In shortPlayers like it for easy power and strong smashes, with light units available. The head-heavy balance is the main complaint, making it tiring and harder to defend with, and some got arm pain. A few report cracks or foam noise. Suits technical attackers.

Very stiff: hard work in defence, off-centre hits strain the arm, and the sweet spot feels tiny to them.
“It’s a very stiff racket and requires you to do a ton of work to get the ball going in defense. Also because it’s so stiff, off-center hits really put strain on your arm.”
Tried the Fenix Pro 2026: the sweet spot is only slightly bigger than the Viper's, and off-centre hits feel lifeless, like a plank.
“outside the sweet spot, the Fenix feels completely lifeless, like a plank of wood.”
